RANDA PAYNE, J.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Randa Payne serves as the CEO at Velocity Safety Advisors. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a former college athlete with a degree in Business Administration. That background, along with her experience as an attorney and an in-house counsel in the construction industry, Randa provides a unique perspective to business, construction, and safety. Randa’s goal is to maintain long-term, valuable relationships with clients to strive for the mutually beneficial result of a safe workforce.

President
Layne Wortman has dedicated over two decades to improving workplace safety in the construction industry. He has been able to provide employers with proven results to minimize company risks by identifying hazards, training workers, evaluating behaviors and conditions, and making corrective actions. Layne’s goal is to partner with organizations that share in the same desire to protect their most valuable assets, their workforce. As the President of Velocity Safety Advisors, he leads our daily operations and manages our team of safety professionals.
